I actually do not really write any reviews for anyone. but after having so much painful experience with other contractors , Scott's team definitely deserve this, they did fantastic work for my bathroom remodeling and could not be happier with the results. From the initial estimate to the final walkthrough, Scott and Jimmy and their team provided exceptional service. they kept us informed at every single step. They answered our questions quickly, explained the daily schedule clearly, and gave us great design advice. give them a call, you will not regret it. they are really professional and great !!!

We did our master bath remodel with Scott, Jimmy, and their teams. Overall would recommend. It’s not perfect (renovations are rarely perfect) but we’re satisfied with the journey and the end result. Scott went tile shopping with us which we really appreciated. He went above and beyond for us and did unexpected work like returning extra tiles and cleaning hard to clean spots at the final work through. The entire process was transparent and communicative. They’re very easy to reach and are responsive. Jimmy problem solved with us for multiple issues like pipe/tub positioning and venting hood issues etc they also delivered on more custom work like mitered edges. We also took their recommendations on using the same stone for our countertop for thresholds and shower bench/niches. Would work with them again for other renovations in the future

Scott and Mercury 215 redid my very dated kitchen. Scott was always professional, accessible, knowledgeable and receptive to my concerns, questions and renovation ideas. Job was completed in an efficient manner and within projected dates. Scott was never too busy to answer questions and even come out to the job as early as 7:00 am to address the issues.
I LOVE my new kitchen and heartily recommend Scott for all your remodeling needs.
In 2025, Scott redid my primary bathroom and it is absolutely perfect! looks gorgeous. He stands by all of his work, offers great suggestions and craftsmanship.

215 Mercury provided the best communication I have ever had with a contractor. Scott has a skilled eye and enormous experience that allow him to see the end result before the job starts. That allowed him to see several potential complications ahead of time and address them before the job started.

Scott also listened to us and what we were looking for to know which suggestions to give. He was able to hold the whole job in his head so that details are not missed. Scott was especially helpful with selecting materials. I made several additional requests during the project and he and Jimmy satisfied each of them immediately. Each stage of the project was completed on schedule and far exceeded my expectations. Each team from demolition, electric, plumbing, tile, painting, and cleaning were professional and dependable. Jimmy did a great job of managing the teams to ensure each step was completed in the most efficient order.

We have been so happy with Scott and Jimmy and their teams! We have had other contractors in the past and the difference is night and day -- Scott and Jimmy communicated with us every day and gave us an overall plan with dates at the beginning of the project. Every week, they would update us for the coming week so that we always knew who would be doing what and when. We never felt that we were forgotten while they work on other projects, as is so often the case with contractors. We never had any difficulty reaching either Scott or Jimmy with questions or to coordinate plans. They did our bathroom for this project and we will definitely only be using them for future projects.

We had a wonderful experience with Scott’s team for the remodeling of our powder room and full bathroom. Every step of the way, Scott communicated every detail and was extremely transparent. We appreciated that he joined us to shop for the bathroom materials and gave recommendations on what materials/color palette would work best. What a great experience from start to finish. Scott went through with us step by step in what was going on with our bathroom remodel. Going with him to pick out the tiles, and fixtures shows that he cares about each customer. The crews worked and made our tiny guest bathroom the best room in the house. Excellent service: Scott Lee did an amazing job turning our bathroom concept into a great design. I have worked with a lot of contractors and 215Mercury is the best! The team was always incredibly communicative. I always had a direct line of communication with the project manager. My wife and I COULD NOT be happier with the experience of working with Scott and his team to redo our bathroom! Not only was Scott incredibly responsive and clear with all of his communication, he also followed through on everything, exactly as he said he would. He was incredibly involved in all stages of the process and would stop by to check in throughout AND ANY time we had any questions whatsoever. So, the actual experience was truly very enjoyable. We also could not be more pleased with the end result! The bathroom looks incredible and came out even better than we had hoped for! Lastly, I want to emphasize that the way that Scott gives out a bid on the project was extremely transparent and we felt much more comfortable with his quote process vs. the other contractors that we interviewed. Not only was it transparent, Scott's pricing seemed extremely fair and more than reasonable. I can say with 100% certainty that we will work with Scott and 215 Mercury for all of our future jobs. I don't write a lot of reviews, but felt compelled to in this case because we just had an awesome overall experience. We can't recommend Scott highly enough!!!

Working with 215Mercury was a great experience. We discussed a hall bath remodel with 3 contractors and Scott provided a thorough, understandable and reasonable quotation. We are happy we went with him. Jimmy and his guys did an excellent job in a timely manner while accommodating some changes we threw at them midstream with no hesitations. Over 2 years later we needed some advise on replacing a storm and screen doors and Scott came right over. While they only did large jobs they made an exception since we were former clients and they took care of the doors for us. Highly recommended.

We had a kitchen remodel done 2 months ago and 215 Mercury did a wonderful job in transforming our dated dark space into the most open, bright, functional oasis in our house. From the very beginning, Scott was timely and professional and his quote was very reasonable. He was always willing to get back to us with clarifications and his own feedback as to what would work best with our kitchen space and our budget. Jimmy the Project Manager had everything planned out each day as to who and what was happening that day. They were very prompt at addressing any needs or changes that we had. Just had a second Bathroom remodel based of my first experience with 215 Mercury. One thing I can tell is if you are going to do remodel at your home, this is the company you should opt. Scott from the beginning of the project was detailed, provided options for purchases, went with us to the store to guide us and was very accommodating. His team is top notch. I would highly recommended 215 Mercury for several reasons. After coming out to discuss my vision for my kitchen project, Scott was quick to provide a reasonable estimate, but his organization and details in the quote was like no other service I have used before. Scott , was receptive to my input and needs during the process and assisted me with selecting the cabinets and flooring which was extremely helpful. His input was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I truly valued his quick response when I needed to communicate with him or the project manager . Scott takes pride in his business which was demonstrated from beginning to end . I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome of my kitchen and would 100 % recommend his work .

I've used 215 Mercury for two projects now. Scott is an excellent communicator who stands behind his work and wants to make sure his counts are happy with the final outcome. He stayed on top of his guys and made sure the work was done exactly how we wanted. Had no issue sending guys back to fix little things when the house threw us some curve balls. We uncovered an old window during demolition and wanted to change the layout of the kitchen in the middle of the project. No issues there, either. Scott is great to work with.

The true mark of a phenomenal general contractor is their ability to comunicate and meticulously schedule teams of people. Never an easy task but Scott makes it look easy. His ability to plan and ensure the customer is constantly informed is without compare. The project manager Jimmy is thorough, and results oriented. He doesn't miss the details you mention.

Both of these gentlemen are constantly available and make you feel like you're the only person they are working with. They choose quality teams that provide expert craftsmanship and work to the details the customer likes. They will not stop until the project is done. This isn't your run of the mill general contractor who starts work and all of a sudden disappear for odd reasons. As a customer, you will know what's going on at all times.

They will advocate for you with suppliers and solve problems that you may not even know popped up until after they've handled it. I cannot recommend this crew highly enough.

They'll be back when we're re-doing our bathrooms!

He guided us in selecting tile etc. Jimmy was the master at coordinating subcontractors and meeting them every morning to get it done right. Great workmanship and very tidy. I have worked with a lot of contractors and 215Mercury is the best! The team was always incredibly communicative. I always had a direct line of communication with the project manager. They gave expert advice and worked with me when I had a specific vision in mind. They were respectful of my home, kept it clean, and did high-quality work. My wife and I COULD NOT be happier with the experience of working with Scott and his team to redo our bathroom! Not only was Scott incredibly responsive and clear with all of his communication, he also followed through on everything, exactly as he said he would. He was incredibly involved in all stages of the process and would stop by to check in throughout AND ANY time we had any questions whatsoever. So, the actual experience was truly very enjoyable. We also could not be more pleased with the end result! The bathroom looks incredible and came out even better than we had hoped for! Lastly, I want to emphasize that the way that Scott gives out a bid on the project was extremely transparent and we felt much more comfortable with his quote process vs. the other contractors that we interviewed. Not only was it transparent, Scott's pricing seemed extremely fair and more than reasonable. I can say with 100% certainty that we will work with Scott and 215 Mercury for all of our future jobs. I don't write a lot of reviews, but felt compelled to in this case because we just had an awesome overall experience. We can't recommend Scott highly enough!!!

Working with 215Mercury was a great experience. We discussed a hall bath remodel with 3 contractors and Scott provided a thorough, understandable and reasonable quotation. We are happy we went with him. Jimmy and his guys did an excellent job in a timely manner while accommodating some changes we threw at them midstream with no hesitations. Over 2 years later we needed some advise on replacing a storm and screen doors and Scott came right over. While they only did large jobs they made an exception since we were former clients and they took care of the doors for us. Highly recommended.

You can tell that Scott and his team care about their work. We had a kitchen remodel done 2 months ago and 215 Mercury did a wonderful job in transforming our dated dark space into the most open, bright, functional oasis in our house. From the very beginning, Scott was timely and professional and his quote was very reasonable. He was always willing to get back to us with clarifications and his own feedback as to what would work best with our kitchen space and our budget. Jimmy the Project Manager had everything planned out each day as to who and what was happening that day. They were very prompt at addressing any needs or changes that we had. Just had a second Bathroom remodel based of my first experience with 215 Mercury. One thing I can tell is if you are going to do remodel at your home, this is the company you should opt. Scott from the beginning of the project was detailed, provided options for purchases, went with us to the store to guide us and was very accommodating. His team is top notch. Always on time, finished the project before time. Bathroom looks amazing. Jimmy was of great support as well. Communicated and updated on daily basis. Way to go 215 Mercury. You guys are awesome. I would highly recommended 215 Mercury for several reasons. After coming out to discuss my vision for my kitchen project, Scott was quick to provide a reasonable estimate, but his organization and details in the quote was like no other service I have used before. Scott , was receptive to my input and needs during the process and assisted me with selecting the cabinets and flooring which was extremely helpful. His input was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I truly valued his quick response when I needed to communicate with him or the project manager . Scott takes pride in his business which was demonstrated from beginning to end . I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome of my kitchen and would 100 % recommend his work .

I've used 215 Mercury for two projects now. Scott is an excellent communicator who stands behind his work and wants to make sure his counts are happy with the final outcome. He stayed on top of his guys and made sure the work was done exactly how we wanted. Had no issue sending guys back to fix little things when the house threw us some curve balls. We uncovered an old window during demolition and wanted to change the layout of the kitchen in the middle of the project. No issues there, either. Scott is great to work with.

Their customer service is top notch, from the quote to follow up after the job was done, Scott was always transparent and available to answer questions. He worked with us to realize our vision and was honest about what could be done and recommended alternatives if something couldn’t be done. Most importantly Scott works with you and your budget to achieve the best results possible. Even after completion he stands by his warranty and will fix issues that arise. The true mark of a phenomenal general contractor is their ability to comunicate and meticulously schedule teams of people. Never an easy task but Scott makes it look easy. His ability to plan and ensure the customer is constantly informed is without compare. The project manager Jimmy is thorough, and results oriented. He doesn't miss the details you mention.

Both of these gentlemen are constantly available and make you feel like you're the only person they are working with. They choose quality teams that provide expert craftsmanship and work to the details the customer likes. They will not stop until the project is done. This isn't your run of the mill general contractor who starts work and all of a sudden disappear for odd reasons. As a customer, you will know what's going on at all times.

They will advocate for you with suppliers and solve problems that you may not even know popped up until after they've handled it. I cannot recommend this crew highly enough.

They'll be back when we're re-doing our bathrooms!
